  • The No-gi or sleeveless Ezekiel is one of my signature moves that I have used to put more then a dozen people to sleep. It is a sneaky and highly effective attack that is often overlooked. Learn the set ups, finishing mechanics and follow up attacks that make this a powerful addition to anyone’s game.

  • Drawing upon a wide variety of sources this seminar outlines key concepts that will help keep you and your loved ones safe in any environment. After an introduction to these concepts we will delve into simple ways to deal with common attacks and finish with a question and answer session.
